What were the goals of this project?

While in the midst of an overarching brand update, Credo needed guidance managing the transition on social. We were tasked with creating campaign-led storytelling, strategizing and executing posts that aligned with marketing messaging, and elevating the overall feel of the posts.

What does the auditing process look like?

For Credo, our audit began with comparing their instagram presence with that of other retailers in the beauty category, comparing several different aspects of their pages. Among these were the presence of branding in-feed, having internally created content (vs. reposting), using templated posts, and having a recognizable cast.
